UPDATED 3/4/26 AMEX-Online Balance showing as $0
We’ve received reports from some users connecting to American Express who are seeing an online balance of $0, while the balance in Quicken remains accurate.
We are aware of this issue, and our team is actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible. While we don’t yet have an estimated timeframe for a fix, we will continue to share updates as soon as new information becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
