When is Quicken going to fix the Bank of America problem?

Ticket 12260875

"User not eligible" is the error code (Quicken Mac) when attempting to download transactions from Bank of America. Don't bother with support, it gives a completely wrong answer, and when you contact support they blame Bank of America. No one at Quicken seems interested in getting it fixed. Nearly a week now and still not working.

Why do you believe that Quicken CAN fix this … when it's a BofA problem and BofA needs to fix it???
