One Step Update Not Updating Posted CC Transactions From Multiple CC Account
I noticed the other day that One Step Update was not updating some of my credit card payments. I thought perhaps it was a timing issue but now I feel that there's a problem. Here's an example:
On 3/3/26 I made a payment to Citibank and when I log into Citibank my account says that that payment was applied on 3/3/26 however, When I run One Step Update, Citibank is on my list and after entering my one step PSWD and shows that it's "Waiting" but when the process finishes the list of accounts doesn't even show Citibank among the accounts that were updated. I have no error messages. If I do an Update Now within my Citibank account is says that it completed but the payment on 3/3/26 was not downloaded. Note that I have the exact same symptoms on my Discover card as I also made a payment on 3/3/26. I checked an I have no filter's checked. I also ran a verification Quicken and everything is OK. Can anyone explain what's going on and how to fix this issue?

When you click TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns next to your Citi card account and your bank account that made the payment?
Also, same questions re: your Discover card.

Just getting back to posting. I'll be checking things out further but I may have solved the problem. Both Citibank and now Discover are requiring their customers to authorize Quicken as an entity that I trust to download transactions from my account. I went though the authorization previously on both accounts and everything was working but evidently something happened recently and Quicken lost it's ability to authenticate but was giving me no errors. The solution was to deactivate online access on both accounts and then step through the re-authorization process. When I did that the transactions from 3/3 that I was missing, successfully downloaded. The only inconvenience was that the downloads on each account included a few previously downloaded transactions that that I subsequently had to remove from the registry but they were easy to spot.
