Fidelity Money Market (SPRXX) Not Showing in Quicken After Recent Update

This is my first time posting here.

I have a brokerage account with Fidelity, and within that account I hold a Fidelity Money Market fund (SPRXX). After the most recent Quicken update, SPRXX is no longer showing up correctly in my account.

I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with Quicken support going through several troubleshooting steps—many of which I had already tried. After being placed on hold for about 10 minutes, I was eventually told that this is a known issue.

This actually happened once before with Fidelity and SPRXX, and it was eventually resolved. Now the same problem seems to be back again.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue with SPRXX not appearing correctly in Quicken? And does anyone know what the underlying problem is or when a fix might be expected?

Any insight would be appreciated.

There's a number of issues resulting from Fidelity's switch from Direct Connect to Express Web Connect+.

SPRXX is one of them. SO, I suggest that you use the search box at the top of the forum to search for SPRXX.

Yes, some have been around since late last June. Unfortunately, not only are some not fixed, but new ones have been introduced. IDK why this hasn't been a higher priority given that Fidelity is a major brokerage and has millions of customer accounts. Yes, I'm sure it's complicated but it was working prior to the cutover.

Because a lot of the resolution depends upon Fidelity's actions.

AND because not everyone is experiencing the problems (me, for example) and intermittent issues are immensely hard to diagnose.
