Why can't Quicken resolve a KNOWN issue with downloads from Bank of America
Quicken repeatedly reports out of balance situations with downloaded Bank of America transactions. The proposed balance adjustments have no basis in reality. Repeated calls to support result in the "this is a known issue" response. Bank of America is a large bank. Lots of Quicken customers also bank there (I THINK!).
Sounds like a BIG problem to me!
Can someone explain why this festers [Removed - Speculation]?

And NOTE the 1st sentence "Bank of America will begin" … i.e., this is a BofA screw-up, which is why Q can't fix it.
