Is there a way to print a list of all categories (Q Mac)
I have been using QM since it came out for the Mac and am still using QM 2007. I am trying to learn to use the current Quicken Mac. I can't seem to figure out how to print out a list of my Categories. This is very easy to do in QM 2007

While asked for, there is not a direct way to print this list at this point.
A workaround is to setup a test budget, and make sure it has all the categories listed. You can choose to show used/unused, or both via Edit Budget. Tip: you might wish to exclude all the transfers in/out of categories.
Then, when viewing the budget, go to the top right and choose Print:Summary budget and this will have a list for you.
You can delete the budget when done, or keep it around to accomplish the same later. You can rename it to Category List.

You could also export your budget to a CSV and then edit that down in the spreadsheet or text editor of your choice to just the Categories.
