Citibank Credit Card(s) - Missing 'Current Bill' information for connected billers [Edited]

Two-part question…

  1. My two Citibank Credit cards (Mastercard and Costco Visa) download transactions properly; however, they both appear on the "Bills & Income" tab with the phrase "Awaiting Next Bill". I've disconnected and reconnected the accounts several times with no success. Quicken used to work, but does not now. Help!
  2. I have to add a manual bill for Citibank right now. How do I change the icon from the generic logo back to the Citibank logo? Yes silly I agree, but I like to be able to visually recognize it quickly.
