Ally Invest - Balance Issues

Is anyone else seeing issues with Ally Invest? My data isn't updating. I opened 3 new accounts last week. Each of the accounts have balances. When I added the accounts it even shows me the balance but then when added there is no data. Shows zero balance. I tried removing and re-adding, spoke to customer service and I just got punted to the "report a problem." To probably get stuck in some massive queue. So anyone seen or seeing this? For those of you that did and have fixed it what did you end up doing to resolve it?

Thanks in advance

Have you created, in Q, the securities that you hold in those accounts?

And, you haven't provided enough info for us to diagnose your issue. Please provide a graphic (NOT a PDF) of the type that I've shown as pertains to your Ally Invest accounts

The accounts are setup as express web connect. Are you saying I need to manually add securities? Wouldn't that kind of defeat the purpose of connecting direct to the insitution?

What I provided were PNG files I am not sure why you view them as PDFs. Mirroring what you provided see below:

Does this suffice or do you require any other details?

If there's no securities defined to Q, then there will be no securities marked for download … so YES, you need to create the securities (not the amounts, or the quotes, just the securities) in Q … as a one time per security action.

I didn't do this for any of my other brokerage accounts. Fidelity, Charles Schwab, or e-trade. If I sell a security and purchase a new one. Do I need to remove the old security and add the new one? Or you are saying just add the new ones only. I will give that a go and see if ally then updates shares, cost, market value and etc.

Also, where exactly do I do this. where it says security list? Because one security is shared among my other brokerages and is already on that security list.
