When I do manual downloads of transactions for last 2 months from US Bank brokerage accounts, when I open the download Quicken will start and try to pull info in, but then I get this error message:

Have tried reconnecting, reactivate account, etc. but nothing will work. The downloads from the checking account still works fine. Any ideas?

A bit more info needed to help you.

Are you having problems downloading from any other USB accounts? From any accounts at other FIs?

When you do TOOLS, Account List, what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last download" & "Financial Institution" columns next to this account?

And, when you click HELP, About Quicken, what shows as your Q product and Release?

The checking account at USB downloads fine thru one step update. Other financial institutions, Schwab, and Fidelity work fine as well.

The error message occurs when I do a manual download from the USB bank webpage on my 3 brokerage accounts and try to open that download. They will start to pull in the data and then the error message comes up. None of the 3 brokerage accounts will connect thru one step update.

So in the Tools menu, Transaction Download column, one account shows Yes (direct connect), other 2 show not available. Last download column shows NA for all 3 accounts. I have no Financial Institution column.

They were all working until about Feb. 1 and then all 3 accounts stopped connecting, so I tried to reconnect them both thru web express + and direct connect neither of which worked.

Quicken version R66.28 Quicken Classic Premier.

    Amy help much appreciated!
