Custom Investing account subgroups

My Investing 'Retirement' subgroup currently contains 16 active accounts across several institutions. It would be very helpful if I could create custom subgroups by owner and account type:

"S RRSP" - 4 accounts

"C RRIF" - 2 accounts

"C RRIF Locked" - 1 account

"C RRIF Spousal" - 2 accounts

"S TFSA" - 4 accounts

"C TFSA" - 3 accounts

This feature would provide clarity, convenience and insight through the totals displayed in the Sidebar and the Dashboard/Portfolio/Transaction tabs on the associated Account Group page.

What you're asking for is the ability to regroup, and make custom subgroups, in the left sidebar. This is a longstanding request from Quicken Mac users to the developers. Over the history of Quicken Mac's development, the developers originally said they planned to allow this, then changed to saying they did not plan to build this, and more recently indicated they might be able to do it in the future, but that it is actually a much more complex change than it would appear to be.
