J.Jill Account
Just recently got a J.Jill Comenity credit card and set up an account online. Was happy to see that Quicken showed two (2) J.Jill accounts when I attempted to set up downloads in Quicken. Unfortunately, neither worked using the valid J.Jill username and password I use to log into the account online. Is there any resolution to this?

Hello @Rick4,
Thank you for reporting the issue you are having.
After reviewing your connection attempts internally, it looks like you are getting a CC-503 error when trying to add this account. This error occurs when your financial institution tells Quicken that your login credentials are incorrect.
Based on the linked support article, it looks like you have already done the only steps that would apply to your situation. Please try changing your banking password and then attempt to add the account(s) again.
Let us know how it goes!
