Why aren't my credit card transactions being downloaded?

I have a credit card with my credit union. All accounts with that credit union download transactions except for the credit card.

I deleted the account and recreated it. I've shut down the program, installed the update, and redownloaded the transactions for that bank.

What can I do to fix this? I'm on RR66.28. Build 27.1.66.28.

Not all financial institutions support downloading from all accounts.

When you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" & "Financial Institution" columns next to the card account?

I deleted the account and recreated it.

I sure hope you meant to say "I deactivated the account and reactivated it". Deleting an account register also deletes all transaction history already existing in the register. To resolve a transaction download problem, usually it is not necessary to delete an account register. Just activating it should suffice.

BTW, what is the name of the Credit Union you're working with?

What exact process did you use to download transactions? After successful activation, one normally receives a transaction download containing 30 - 90 days' worth of recent transactions.
