    To better understand the issue, I have a few questions:

    • Are you missing the multi-factor authentication (MFA) code when trying to sign in to Quicken, or when adding an account to set up transaction downloads?
    • Have you checked your Junk/Spam folder in your email?
    • Are you using any browser or email extensions that could be blocking MFA emails? If so, you may want to temporarily disable them and try requesting the code again.
    • Have you checked your email’s block or filter settings?
