How do I get Capital One to download into Quicken
Using Quicken Classic Premier on windows 10. New Windows 11 machine will be on line shortly.
Quicken says REI Capital One card is setup for Download… but it goes throught the process, says complete… but no transactions show up.
If I go to the Capital One site and look at "Linked 3rd party apps" it says "there are no 3rd party apps linked." I even get an email from Capital One saying I have linked Quicken to Capital One… but it does not show up on the Capital One list of linked apps… and any download attempt goes through the regular motions… but no downloads show up.

The URL for downloading this card is REI.com, so why are you referencing CapOne's website?
And, are you using the correct FI name for this account?

I am referencing CapOne's website because the REI card is issued by CapOne. When I login to the CapOne site, the top of the screen says: REI Co-op Master Card and my card number.
Downloading from CapOne has worked from the time I signed up for the REI card from CapOne in 2023. Downloads worked smoothly since then… until Jan 2026 when my spouse lost their card and three fraudulent charges showed up within an hour. Blocked the card, and subsequently reversed the fraudulent charges. New card works fine… Just cannot download. Saw a post on the 'net by someone who had a similar issue after a fraudulent charge. He talked to CapOne - they did something - and downloads resumed. I called CapOne and the first line person, and two excalation levels later… the story was all the same. Quicken was a third party app, so the problem is with Quicken. They knew nothing about having to take action on their end after a fraudulent charge.
Additionally… as if April 1, I can now hit "update now" and see charges in the download box that were made after April 1. If I hit "accept all" they disappear from the download box, but do NOT show up in the register. If I hit "update now" again… nothing shows up in the download box.
Have tried deactive, activate. Reset now. And the proceedure where you can give the download instructions to go back to a certain date. Nothing changes.
