Franklin Templeton status
I was both pleased and disappointed to discover that I could set up my Franklin Templeton accounts a few minutes ago. I am pleased that it now appears to work. All I did was go to the account and click on set up download.. I was asked to choose the simple or full download and chose full. Since I have no new transactions (I entered the 2025 year-end transactions manually), I can't tell whether I will eventually get detailed transaction downloads.
I had been told here last year that FT had decided not to cooperate with Q and that I would be informed if that changed. So my dismay is the lack of notification that the total non-working status with FT is no longer a lost cause. I don't know how long it has been working (or how long it will keep working).
Also FT now appears in the financial institution list.

Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community.I’m glad to hear you were able to connect with Franklin Templeton and that they are back on the Financial Institution list. Financial institutions like Franklin Templeton may restore or update their connectivity without much notice. Even if it was previously communicated that they wouldn’t support integration, those decisions can change due to backend or technical updates.
As for the lack of notification, this is fairly common. Updates to financial institution connections or download capabilities may not always be announced in advance.
