Arkansas Brighter Future 529 Aggregator Access
Sometime back, maybe 2024, the Brighter Future site for Arkansas 529 plan updated their login for online aggregator access to use a different url and authentication format. It's a way for people to use a tool like Quicken to download account information via a special API that has read-only access and doesn't have two-factor authentication. This appears to still not be implemented through Quicken's data aggregation team for logging in and linking the accounts.
The method that appears to be implemented has users attempting to log in to where we would normally log in with our own username, password, and MFA code.
The correct method should be that the user has to create an aggregator login credential for their account (See the FAQ here ) and then go to Quicken or other aggregators and authenticate with the special login through the API layer at this url: . For what it's worth, the actual app platform that the AR 529 plan uses is owned and provided by . I tried to find some API documentation on their website but couldn't find anything.
Quicken doesn't appear to work with the new url yet. Can someone on Quicken's side update the method for connecting to this site?

Hello @RedWolf06,
Thank you for reaching out! To better assist with this, please provide more information:
- Are you trying to add accounts, or update ones that were previously connected?
- Do you see any error messages/codes when you try to add/update accounts?
- If not, what does happen when you try to add/update your accounts?
I look forward to your response!

I'm trying to add an account that has never been added before. When I log in using my Aggregator username and password it spins for a while then I get the error "Opps. We're having a problem. CC-501"
