Balance Inaccurate when Filtering to "This Year"

I've seen this in the forums for others in the past, and it's now happening to me on two specific accounts. It's happened in the past, corrected by reinstalling the program and restoring the data file; however, that is not working at present. This is really annoying. I've been using Quicken for 20 years, and this only started happening in the last two years. Anyone else?

    Thanks for sharing the details! I’ve seen similar issues in other threads that sometimes pointed to the data file being corrupted. Since this is happening with only two accounts and restoring a backup or reinstalling Quicken hasn’t helped, creating a new account and moving your information might be the best way to resolve it.

    Before we go down that route, I have a few questions to better understand your situation:

    1. When did you first notice this issue?
    2. How far back is the backup you restored?
    3. Where is your file located? To check, open Quicken and go to File > Show File Name in Finder. Right-click the highlighted file, and the location will be displayed under “Where.” Please share the full file path.
    4. Are you using a VPN, firewall, or antivirus software? If so, which one(s)?
    5. Does this issue occur in the register, a report, or both?
    6. Besides the “This Year” filter, are you applying any other filters?
