FYI - Had a similar issue on Quicken Classic Premier windows with PNC direct connect. Using MS Edge as default. The connection worked for a while, and then stopped. For the past couple of weeks I have tried to reset it. From quicken online services select PNC Direct Connect, enter PNC credentials, PNC says connections successful. But when I select Return to Quicken, I get the HTTP 400 error. Quicken remains spinning so I have to cancel. But I still get an email from PNC that I was connected.
Based on this post and others, I deleted all PNC and Quicken cookies in Edge. Tried adding the connection again and it worked, downloads successful.
