Why won’t Quicken update one of my Citibank credit cards? [Edited]

I have reauthorized the account but Quicken will still not update my account. How can I handle this?

More information is needed in order to anyone to know what might be the issue and to propose a resolution:
- Are you saying that you cannot connect the account at all or that it is connected but is not updating during OSU?
- Has the card ever been connected for downloading?
- Which credit card is it?
- Which Citi financial institution in Add Account are you trying to reauthorize it with?
- Have you tried deactivating all of the Citi credit cards with that financial institution and then doing Add Account to get them all reauthorized? (Some financial institutions require all accounts to be deactivated before another account can be added.)
