Fidelity MMKT Brokerage account now negative

OSU this morning produced a negative total in the brokerage account. I know this to be one transaction. No corresponding transaction in checking. And it doesn't appear in the register of the brokerage account. Under holdings screen the amount appears as FZDXX not as cash even though the cash balance is FZDXX.

    Resolved by entering a missing BoughtX transaction. Why does this error happen in the first place?

    However the holdings screen is messed up with 2 transactions, each cancelling out the other as FZDXX even though cash position is FZDXX.
