Baxter Credit Union (bcu.org) is missing check numbers in the download

This issue has been persistent for around 3 months. Does anyone have a contact at Baxter because Quicken will not own the problem?

I have tried resetting the account, starting a new file, and the usual steps from Quicken helpdesk. The check numbers are flat out missing and just shown in payee text instead.

    Thank you for sharing your experience and posing this question.

    Transaction information is sent directly from the bank to Quicken. If the information is incomplete, that is something you would speak to the financial institution about. While I don't have a direct line of contact to give you, this is the contact information we have available in Quicken.

    You can also get a number on the back of your bank card or from a recent bank statement.
