deleted bill reminder keeps reappearing

I have 2 bill reminders I no longer need. I have deleted them and they reappear the next time I open quicken. Sometimes they reappear after a one step update. I have tried entering them and then deleting the transactions and they reappear.

I am using Quicken Classic Deluxe (latest version) on Win 11. This has one on for months. I put up with it but I'd like to eliminate the problem.

Any help is appreciated.

I did the resyncing, as suggested. I restarted Quicken and it did not reappear, so looks goo so far
