Sallie Mae Bank CC-555 Error (Edited)
It is now April, and this has been going on since mid-December. I have called Sallie Mae, and they continue to say that they do not support Quicken downloads. Are they blocking individual accounts and not telling us? How about an update??? Is Quicken ever going to work with Sallie Mae? I just would like to know, because if not, I will consider changing my bank. PLEASE ADVISE?
Latest Quicken version (today), but all versions since the Dec update have returned cc-555. It worked fine for over 3 years before the Dec update.
Windows 25H2 all patches. Tried all solutions on Quicken Support and Community.
Please fix or advise if it will never work.

Error Code: FDP-155
Status: FI_BLOCKINGThis error typically occurs when the financial institution blocks access to its servers, preventing Quicken from retrieving and downloading data into your file. In some cases, this block may be permanent.
I recommend reviewing our support article for CC-555.This issue has been escalated internally, and our support team is actively working toward a resolution. At this time, there is no estimated time of resolution. I recommend monitoring the alert, as it will be updated when new information becomes available.

Thanks, however, this does not refer to error cc-555 nor answer any of my long term questions.
