US Bank Issue

All of a sudden US Bank is not connecting to the checking account. It started by saying that it could not account to the checking account but still downloaded for the two credit cards.

When I attempt to re-connect the checking account, it doesn't not show up in the list of available accounts to link with Quicken even though when I sign in to US Bank through Quicken to connect it, it's listed as checked and sharing data with Quicken.

    I have experienced similar with other accounts (not US Bank). I have found that the account number stored in Accounts Details throws Quicken off when attempting to reactivate on-line services. Sometimes I have to completely clear the Account Number field or enter the full account number.

    Try again but before you do, click and open the offending account. Click on the settings button (upper right-hand corner). Click on "Account Details." Next, click on the "General" tab and clear the "Account Number" field (or delete the account number).
