I have several accounts with Digital Federal Credit Union and most of them download just fine - but one savings account will not download. It used to, but stopped - perhaps when I added a new one. How do I approach fixing this?
IF there's such a limit, it's imposed by the CU, not Quicken.
How many accounts do you have with them, and what types of accounts?
Does this savings account have regular transactions posted to it?
Some banks consider accounts which haven't had transactions (other than interest deposits) in 6 months or more "dormant" and stop providing transaction downloads for them.
I've had something like that happen to me and, to prevent it from happening again, set up an automatic monthly transfer of a small amount from my checking to this savings account. Haven't had any download problems since. Is that what's happening to you?
