Improve matching to a scheduled payment during credit card Reconcile

Currently when you finish reconciling a credit card account Quicken asks if you want to enter the payment. There are 2 improvements that can be made:

  1. Matching — if you enter the payment but are outside of the advance notice window then Quicken does not realize you're making the scheduled payment. My bank mails me a statement about 3 weeks before payment is due and I reconcile/pay within a day or so. However I don't want the reminder to be 3 weeks before the due date because I end up with reminders showing that I can do nothing about (the mail doesn't reliably arrive exactly 3 weeks ahead of the due date). The improvement would be to have Quicken check to see if you have a scheduled payment within the next month to the bank and ask if this is your scheduled payment.
  2. Pay date — another issue is that if you tell Quicken to enter the payment it marks it as paid on the day you are reconciling the account. I don't know about everyone else but I make payments on the due date, not on the date I receive the bill. If fix (1) above is implemented then Quicken would know the scheduled date of the payment and could use that instead of the date of reconcile.

In addition to the bank snail-mailing you a printed statement, can the bank also email you a statement reminder message?

I have my credit card payments set up to be "Auto paid" by the credit card company on due date. They debit my checking account and there never are any problems with missed or late payments.
On the day I receive the email notice about the statement, I record a scheduled reminder on due date. The reminder is set up to ask me about 3 weeks before due date.
At some point later in time, when I get a couple of minutes, I reconcile the statement. Should Quicken prompt me about "making a payment now", I ignore that prompt because the bill has already been paid.
