FWIW..... I did submit a Problem report with all the Report DATA 2x times.... so you have the comm logs and whatever else that provides....... I had to REMOVE Barclays AARP MC from Quicken Bill Manager, so I could use the Barclay's 'bill pay' method to pay my statement bill because it is too late to count on the screwed USPS to handle a CHECK payment for the monthly bill........
