I have been using Quicken Deluxe for years and got an email last week about the 2016 version being phased out April 30th. Well, a few days ago, I signed on to my account and there was no thing there! I got a page that said "Upgrade" or "Start New". I went to my backup and it was gone and even my backup on my portable hard drive was empty. (It did have some information from 2014, but nothing recent, and I had been in the program the day before.) Could it be it was wiped out? What do I do now? I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and tried to get on but keep getting an error message. Can someone offer some suggestions, please????
