I am tired of being told that Quicken and Usaa are working on the problem of not being able to download credit card transactions. Clearly they are not working on it and don’t prioritize this glitch. Usaa has said there shouldn’t be a password request for usaa in one-step-update. Yet Quicken keeps demanding a password it doesn’t even acknowledge. Several other credit card companies have worked this out. Why can’t you? And why is there no mechanism to respond to your repetitious comments that you have no ETA for a fix?
