I have been attempting to connect to and download transactions from various financial institutions (BoA, Chase, Discover, and Fidelity) with no luck and it very frustrating. Why would Quicken put out a product that does not perform basic functions expected. I am a software engineer and if put something as bad as this is I would be walked out of the building. I seems as though the product was put on the market expecting the customer to do the troubleshooting for the software. Not a good way to run a business. I have been using the Quicken product since it was first released and now starting to review other software venders.
