    Benjamintm, I am also a long term member (28 years) of Quicken. I am experiencing the same issues as you are. I have spent hours on numerous calls with both Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. Nothing has been resolved. The updates they did have blown away my ability to have memorized payees with assigned categories show up when I select them. Interestingly, the memorized payee list does reflect the categories. But when selected, is not reflected in the new transaction. Let me know if you have had any resolution from any of their teams. I have spent hours on this to no avail. Now they are not even calling back after scheduling follow up calls.
