I’ve been using Quicken and QBP for over 20 years. I recently upgraded from Q 16 to 19 and had to deactivate my account and recreate. Apparently, I entered the wrong bank name, but correct routing and account number. My account was deactivated and I cannot get someone to call me back to fix it. Very frustrated and ready to change to Bill.com even though it’s 5 times the cost. Any suggestions??
