Not too difficult to tweak the cell formatting for the entire sheet - then it looks sweet! I'm SLOWLY converting old sheets as I encounter them.1 -

Totally agree. Two other possible shortcuts until they get a clue. Name the style and merge it into any new/exiting sheet. Not always smooth if you have heavy formatting on the old one. Save a refere…1
