I agree that the Release Notes are inadequate. In particular, it would be nice if the Release notes said which if any of the ongoing Fidelity issues have been addressed in this release.1 -

@recursor1 If you are not using the mobile or web features, make sure the Sync setting at Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web is set to Off (slider to the left.)1
