Fidelity should not be downloading any Added transactions associated with stock splits. All you need in Quicken is the StkSplit.1 -

When you click on Holdings then click on the + sign next to a security, it shows the tax lots you currently hold. What you show appears to be correct: you transferred one lot of 238 shares on 12/28/2…2 -
