Nope. Because Q is only licensed for sale in the US and Canada. Also, QMobile only connects to US and CDN financial institutions.1 -

@Randy822 There are MULTIPLE "Arvest Bank" entries, in AR alone, that support download into Q via Web Connect … where you initiate the download in Q data format from the bank's website…1
