Soarian isn't listed in FIDIR.TXT, as a Participating Financial Institution. That file is also on your computer and you can look for yourself. Is the FI for those accounts still listed as AFCU? …-1 -

A transfer in Q is recorded using Square brackets [], not Parens {}. That could be your issue.-1
