You're paying from Account 1 to Account 2. In Q, what type(s) of accounts are they? And, as a friendly aside, typing in all caps is considered to be yelling … and extremely rude.2 -

As an alternative to turning off OneDrive, you can move your Q data file to a folder as @Quicken Alyssa recommended above (without OneDrive in the path) and direct your BACKUPS to the OneDrive folder…1
