Just tried again to set up in Quicken. It works now! Make sure to select "Primis Bank - Digital Banking". Looks like TFA is required, at least for set up.1 -

I was able to stop the request for Multi Factor Authentication in Quicken by deleting the remembered devices from the Venmo App. Sounds counter intuitive but it worked for me. Hope this helps someone.1 -
