Quicken tells us once a week that they know about it and are working on it with no estimate on when it will be fixed. How is that helpful when it’s been the same status for weeks?1 -

I contacted PenFed and was told, "We don't support Quicken automatic downloads" and was told to sign into my account and manually download my transactions. I don't think the rep had anythin…2
