  At least now when I open Quicken and update other accounts there is now a Quicken message regarding the connectivity issue with Vanguard and they are aware of it.

  So frustrating that this error is out there and there does not seem to be any real priority in fixing it. Or notifying users that this is an issue. I deactivated the accounts, closed Quicken, restart…
