If you are talking about in the portfolio view, you cannot change the maket value directly- you can only change the quote/price which will then update the market value.1 -

Easy - you set it up for Monthly - every 1 month and "2nd" and then change "day" to "Wednesday". It will be set to as Monthly every 2nd Wednesday.1
