This is probably due to a recent bug with the new report dialog. Try this: Go to Edit > Preferences > Early Access Uncheck both of the options then try your reports again.1 -

Yes. Go to Tools > Online Center. Select the broker with the mismatch. Click on the Holdings tab and then click the Compare to Portfolio button. It will do the match and bring up the window again.2 -
