  anyone have any additional updates? this is frustrating as hell. if I wasn't forced to use empower by my employer, I wouldn't. I might do a transfer into an IRA but it still doesn't solve the problem…

  Following. Unacceptable to take this long to fix a MAJOR issue like this. I wouldn't be using empower if my employer isn't forcing me to for my 401K.
