Same here and in addition, it said I have a new account at Schwab and I re-linked it and it still uses the same account in Quicken but with $0 transactions added. Luckily, there weren't too many…2 -

Yep still getting the 16503 HTTP-400 error which apparently is a different issue Quicken is tracking per @Quicken Kathryn1 -
