  Just ran "Update All Accounts" and all my Vanguard accounts connected successfully! Let's hope it continues to work for a long time.

  Yes, PenFed is working correctly after I changed the connection type as indicated by a pop-up message. See details here: Also for me all my Vanguard accounts connected as well. Yea!

  I have used both .OFX and .QFX file formats. Either can be download by selecting File > Import > and the option for 'Bank or Brokerage File'. I'm not sure of the difference between these format…
