The highlighted categories on page 1 of the attached is an example of what is occurring. The report is adding the totals of the two categories above it and classifying it as Everything Else.2 -

There are both zero values and numeric values showing in the "Everything Else" category regardless of whether or not I select Budgeted Values or Non-zero Actual/Budget. The Everything Else …2 -

Experiencing the same thing after the latest update. However, in my reporting situation, it is not going away in the "Non-zero-Actual/Budget" view.2
