The Credit Score is tied to your QuickenID and has a ONE credit score limit. The only way I know of to change it would be to have support change your QuickenID to a new one and cancel the old one.-1 -

Check opening balance. Quicken has been adding wrong opening balances if you converted to EWC+ and had some pending transactions.-1 -

No. When the actual payment downloads, it should be matched to the ebill transaction. If it doesn't match itself, you should try to manually match. It is supposed to come in 2 transactions.-1
