Since the accounts were work retirement accounts, I deleted what I already did and then realized there was an option to link to “Fidelity Netbenefits”. That worked for me.1 -

I have my 401k and 457b with Fidelity through work. When downloading, only the non Fidelity funds will download. So the fidelity growth, fidelity diversified and the Fid 500 index are not downloading…2
