  I disconnected the citi account in quicken. Then I went to and allowed access then reconnected the account as direct connect instead of quicken connect and voilá. I'm back in business.

  Same for me. Error code fdp-102 for my 3 Synchrony credit card accounts. Worked fine until last week on my Mac version of Quicken.
